This is the first time that we’ve had our siding cleaned since it was put up about 10 years ago. We researched a lot of different companies and no company was equal to pricing and services as Chicago SoftWash Corp. Not only was Tommy and his son early to the appointment but they spent that time covering all the outlets. The first thing my husband and I noticed was how clean our patio and step was after they washed it!! We have lived here 32 years and I have never seen it that clean! After they were finished all the wood trim around the siding sparkles! I have never seen our garage door look so clean!!! They were both here for almost 2 hours and paid attention to every detail around the house! All the algae and dirt from the years is completely gone!!! The gutters are clean as well. What we liked was not only were they thorough but they didn’t nickel and dime us to death. Their price was reasonable. We LOVE the way our house looks as good as when we first put siding on 10 years ago. We highly recommend this company. The Father and Son team are worth every penny!

Amazing service!! So nice to work with and handled my horrible dirty pool. Helped identify issues and recommended how to move forward. Used them for my pool opening and will be calling back when it’s time to close! Above ground, 18 foot, circular pool that hadn’t been cleaned in over a year! Fantastic!
